No Cars Allowed

Today in Brussels there was a special day where you couldn't drive a car unless you were in a taxi or bus.  They only do this twice a year to test the pollution to see how much more smog there this when there are cars then when there arent any.  And we picked today to try to go to Brussels to eat Chi Chis and the policeman stopped us and told use we had to take a taxi.  So we did and it costed 30 euros because it was a long way and the taxi driver had to drive around a bunch of stupid people who had no minds because they were riding their bikes in the middle of the street.  Here's a picture of Nan and me in Chi Chis waiting for our fajitas.  I like them now because I love peppers now.

Friday I had a play date with my friend Kevin and he rode home on the bus with me.  We played a lot of basketball and mom and Nan even played with us.  Then we showed him how to use my electric skooter and he thought it was way cool.  Kevin wanted to ride in the go kart but it was broken from the move.  it wasnt able to charge but my mom fixed it!!!  She took it all apart and fixed it somehow because thats what engineers do.  It didnt charge in time for kevin to ride it but this morning i got up and rode it all over the place.  Beau even chased me around.

I started my new piano lessons yesterday with a new teacher named Bart.  He was really nice and helped me to play better.  Then when I was practicing beau wanted to play too so i put him on my lap and let him play Fur Elise with me.  Take a listen and see what you think?

Double Dutch Duo

This week I went to a fair in the town next to ours. We rode our bikes and it was a long way. They had lots of fun booths and I learned how to Double Dutch. I found this funny video on you tube that shows a dog doing double dutch too. Who do you think is better?

In school this week we made a drawing of the atmosphere and we had game day in gym class. My puppies are getting into a little trouble in our yard. Beau got into our neighbors yard and we had to pull him under there fence because they weren't there. Now I'm sick with a bad oough which is no fun.

Family fun day!

Today I went to a family event for my moms work and met some new kids. We played soccer and we jumped in the bouncy house and I tried to teach them how to juggle but I couldn't speak Dutch so I had to use hand signs.  I went on a hike where we had to walk 5 mikes using a map. I was in the front helping to say where to go and we made some shortcuts. They trusted me to use my map and somebody else also used the GPS on his phone. There was a dirt path in the woods but there were houses back there too and even a big school that was as big as AiS. These are 2 boys I played with I wanted to see them again but they live a long way away. We might go and see Wannes(on the left) play soccer one day if he plays closer to us. 

Fun With Friends

This weekend I went to somebody's birthday party and his name is Christian and we went tube racing at this really cool place.  There were a lot of kids from my class there like Duco, Thomas, Christian, Jax and Steven.  We had to run up stairs carrying our tube to get to the top and then we'd hold each other's tubes and hands and try to slide down all together.  My favorite part of school this week was gym because we get to play poison ball.  At recess we play soccer on the pitch and I play defense.

A Ride On The Bus

This was the second week of school.  First week was cool, really like my class and my new friends. Had my first couple of Dutch lessons, it's hard , but I'm doing good.

Today on the bus going to school I met someone named jack he helped me a little bit. We listen to music and he is also very interesting. He is in seventh grade and is officially from here.
